Unconditional Love

When I look at my two beautiful children I cannot help but feel like I am the luckiest girl in the world. They are my pride and joy, and I am so thankful to have both of them. Having kids has taught me so much about myself and about life in general.

Unconditional Love. My children love me more than anything in the world, and I love them the same. No matter how bad of a day I am having, when Allen comes and hugs me and tells me how much he loves me it completely melts my heart and makes all of my worries disappear. I can have greasy hair, no make up on, and be in sweat pants and he tells me that I look beautiful.

Liam is still just a newborn, but when I hold him in my arms it reminds me all over again how happy I am to be a a mama.

I hear stories of people that I know that make me cringe. They brag all over facebook about how wonderful a mother they are, but in real life they don't take care of their children at all. A mother should not be able to walk out of the room with her baby crying his/her eyes out and when asked why aren't you taking care of the baby say 'its not my turn.' you are a MOTHER. it is ALWAYS your turn. Regardless of if your husband/boyfriend/partner is there to help you and is willing.. if that baby cries for you then you need to get off your ass and take care of your precious little one.

Well, I have to cut this short, it turned into a rant and I didn't mean for it to.. Liam is waking up and ready for some boobie juice :)
